And that is what immersion has felt like for me, a journey home. I loved every part of it, not wanting it to end.
On this journey I have come face to face with myself, and the one who created me. Seeing truly that he is better than I ever thought he could be, and I am more loved than I ever thought possible. I saw Jesus and myself in a completely new way. I opened my heart and let down my walls being truly vulnerable and allowing others to journey with me. I felt immensely loved, intently heard, encouraged and safe week after week. Immersion has marked my life, and I am forever greatful for Ally and Steve for creating a safe place to discover and explore, diving deep into the unseen.
I now know with all my heart that with him, I am already home.
